Q:
I can’t run, but I would like to volunteer.
A:

We’d love to have volunteers! Click here for volunteer information.

Q:
I can’t make it to the expo to pick up my packet. Can someone else pick it up for me?
A:

Participants unable to pick up their own race packet may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Fill out the Packet Pick-up Authorization Form and give it to the person picking up your packet. They will take the completed form and a copy of your photo ID to the expo and give it to the volunteer handing out race packets.

Q:
How old do you have to be to participate in the Queen Bee?
A:

Half marathon participants must be at least 14 years of age and 4-Miler participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day.

Q:
How can my charity get involved in the Queen Bee?
A:

Our website has information on charities and how you can apply. Click here to learn how to apply.

Q:
Can we sign up as a team?
A:

Yes, your team captain will register first and will sign up with your team name. The team name will then be added to our list of teams within registration for other members to choose when they register. Packets will not be grouped together, and will need to be picked up individually.

Q:
Can I transfer my race entry to another person?
A:

Transfers are now available online through 10/5. Existing participants can transfer their Queen Bee Half Marathon or 4 Miler entries to another person by clicking here and scrolling down to the transfer category. To complete the transfer, you will need to have your transaction number and email address associated with your original registration. After completing the transfer form online, you will then receive a code which you will give to the new registrant. The new registrant will use that code to complete their entry online.

There is a $20 fee to transfer your entry to another person. This is used solely to cover the administrative costs associated with the transfer. Any payment, reimbursement or exchange of funds associated with a transferred entry takes place between the two individuals involved. The Queen Bee Half Marathon & 4 miler does not facilitate the payment between two parties.

Additional questions on transfers can be emailed to registration@flyingpigmarathon.com

Q:
Can I switch from the Half to the 4 Miler or vice versa?
A:

Yes!  Click here to update your registration and switch races. Online switches can be made through 9/30.  After that date, switches must be made at the expo, pending the race is not sold out.

Q:
Can I have a stroller on the course?
A:

We will allow strollers on our 4-Mile course but ask that you start towards the back. No strollers will be allowed on the Half Marathon course.

Q:
Can I attend the Queen Bee expo if I am under 21?
