Thank you for your interest in the Queen Bee Half Marathon! As a non-profit organization, our community partners are an integral part of our success. We work with clients to customize packages that align with their marketing goals and fit within budgetary needs.
While this is a fourth-year event, we will be leveraging the expertise and marketing resources of our sister event, the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon, during our promotions. The Flying Pig Marathon is in its 20th running, and to date has raised over $15 million for non-profit organizations.

The Queen Bee Half Marathon has vendor opportunities available at the Bee-U-Tique Expo (packet pick-up) and the Post-Race Party. This is a great way to catch all of the Queen Bee excitement while promoting your organization’s products and services! Space is limited, so please contact us as soon as possible for additional information.
The Queen Bee Half Marathon will provide participants with a physical Goodie Bag, as well as a Virtual Race Bag. We are looking for products and samples to be included in the participants’ goodie bag, distributed at the Bee-U-Tique (we’ll need ~6,000 units of each product). All goodie bag donations must be approved by Queen Bee Staff. Flyers and paper marketing materials will not be accepted (see Virtual Race Bag).
The Virtual Race Bag will allow you to include a virtual coupon and/or ad that will be shared with our race participants via email prior to and following our event. Virtual Event Bags also provide performance metrics, showing total impressions and prints generated by your coupon or ad.
