Medpace New Title Partner of the Queen Bee

Medpace becomes new title partner of the Queen Bee Half Marathon.

Pig Works, the parent company of the Flying Pig Marathon, the Queen Bee Half, the TQL Beer Series and the FCC3, announced today that Cincinnati-based Medpace will be the title sponsor of the Queen Bee Half with a new four-year partnership running from 2022 to 2025. Medpace will also continue to sponsor the Flying Pig Marathon Bike Team.

“Medpace has been an important part of the Queen Bee and has previously sponsored our Queen Bee 4-Miler. We are excited to continue to grow our relationship and to have them step up and take on the title partnership for the half marathon starting in 2022,” said Iris Simpson Bush, Pig Works CEO. “Their partnership will further enhance the half marathon experience for the thousands of runners and walkers who participate. It’s particularly meaningful as the Queen Bee returns to its own traditional fall weekend.”

“Medpace is delighted to again be partnering with the Pig Works team to support the Flying Pig Marathon and Queen Bee,” said Stephen Ewald, Medpace General Counsel.  “The Queen Bee title partnership aligns with our philanthropic approach to making a positive impact on our local community and also providing fun and meaningful health and wellness opportunities for our employees.”

Ewald continued, “As an organization with a significant female employee base, Medpace supports the Queen Bee’s mission to promote the fun of fitness while raising funds for local charities, especially those focused on providing benefits to women.”
